SX Group centralizes and shares entrepreneurship knowledge acquired over more than 21 years through participation in various companies.

We are a venture builder with experience in accelerating startups, business/products in various stages of development.

We invest in our own ideas and on products/companies that have fit with our culture and an exponential growth potential. Our performance model (set of skills / experiences) allows us to create business and product prototypes with fast and accelerated deliveries (agile).

We breathe, live, and apply various techniques on lean startup, design thinking, sprint design, lessons learned and agile principles for process management and innovation in business/companies/products. We have a company network and ecosystem that reaches experienced entrepreneurs to share resources (capital, skills, services, and market experience).

What we do

We take the idea out of the paper and transform it into a business.

We use our own selection process to identify business opportunities in order to select the best companies and ideas to invest in, through a “Capital as a Service” (CaaS) model.

Our focus is not on quantity, it is on attracting companies and ideas that have synergy and growth potential. We work together with the selected companies, using our know-how, to design the strategic growth plan. We use our co-working infrastructure and shared services (Marketing, HR, Finance, Technology...) so that our partners focus is 100% on the core of its potential.

One of our differentials is the integration between companies, which promotes opportunities and new business for the entire group.

With our DNA in technology, we develop tools, processes and models that are shared between companies.

How we operate

There are five main activities we focus on: identifying business ideas, forming teams, finding capital, helping to run or manage enterprises, and providing shared services. But the main purpose is to be part of your success, with ethics, transparency, diversity of ideas and opinions, not to sell you a service.

Each company or idea has common central aspects that when shared bring a great benefit to the group, but at the same time, have unique characteristics that needs to be addressed in a specific way. Our developed evaluation process has objective and subjective scores, to evaluate financial conditions, potential and even passion for the business. As a result, we manage a successful and balanced portfolio, that will accelerate your business.

Step 1: Identify
Business Ideas

Choosing the project/idea and pre-evaluation of its current status/moment and scale model, recurrence and market potential in general. The selection and evaluation are made by the SX Group board.

Step 2: Prepare a
Work Group

Definition of roles and responsibilities in the conduction of the business, schedules and time / desired return. Refine objectives and strategic plan.

Step 3: Find
capital/resources

Seek resources for the feasibility of planning. Formalization of contracts and remuneration models.

Step 4: Help

or Governance

P3C-based business plan: People, Processes, Products/Services and Customers; Business pace - monitoring the business plan, execution of the project / product, and meetings with all managers + partners.

Step 5: Supply
Shared Services

Transfer of expertise, search for lower costs and a lot of exchange between companies that go beyond commercial leads. Company is focused on its expertise and the structure of SX Group takes care of the rest.
